Title: Service Technician
Location: Pittsburg Tractor – Pittsburg, TX
Reports to: Service Manager
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for independently performing diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer agricultural, small construction and turf equipment.
Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of machine information, diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on-time submittal of information.
Required to participate in service training programs needed to develop skills and knowledge.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Proper tools to perform job duties.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Computer skills are preferred.
Strong customer service-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work as a team member.
Education/Experience:
Strong mechanical skills; Good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.

Title: Shipping/Receiving Associate – Entry Level
Location: Pittsburg Tractor – Pittsburg, TX
Reports to: Parts Manager
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintains the retail sales floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealership's standards.
- Receiving shipments accurately.
- Stocking the warehouse efficiently and orderly while maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse. Providing a safe and professional parts department appearance with routine housekeeping.
- Pull orders to be shipped, package parts, and label packages.
- Parts counter customer service once properly trained and other duties are completed.
- The counter area is kept neat and orderly for a safe and professional appearance with routine housekeeping.
- Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description.
- Uses Dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
- Follow up on shortages and expedite solutions.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use basic Microsoft applications and the company’s database functions.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to work M-F 7:30-5:30 and Saturdays 7:30-12:00.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as a team member.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
